Romain Siragusa

Romain Siragusa received the engineer degree and the master degree in optical and radiofrequency from the Institute National Polytechnique de Grenoble (Grenoble-INP) in 2006 and the Ph.D degree from the same institute at the "Laboratoire de Conception et d'Integration des Systemes" (LCIS) in Valence, France, under supervision of Smail Tedjini and Pierre Lemaitre-Auger. From September 2007 to March 2008, he was with professor Caloz's group at Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal as a visiting Ph.D. student. In 2010/2009, he joined the "Commissariat a l'Energie Atomique" (CEA) as post doctoral fellow where he studied the high impedance surface for integrated antenna on silicon. Since 2011, he is associate professor at Grenoble-INP Esisar / LCIS. His current scientific interests include leaky-wave structures, automated design of CRLH structures and metamaterials applied to RFID.
